We'll be straight with you: Earthly Habit fulfils via dropshipping. That means your order is shipped directly from our supplier to you, which keeps costs down and prices accessible.

Estimated delivery times:

Australia: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days

We always provide tracking once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of your order, please get in touch and we'll chase it up for you.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how it works:

Damaged or faulty items: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
Change of mind: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost.
Wrong item received: Our mistake, our cost. Contact us and we'll sort it immediately.
