Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take?
We fulfil via dropshipping, so delivery typically takes 7–14 business days within Australia and 10–21 business days internationally. We know that's not instant — but it's how we keep prices honest.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, usually within 3–5 business days of placing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@earthlyhabit.com.au. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help.
Products
Are your products actually eco-friendly?
We only make claims we can support. Every product is chosen to genuinely replace a single-use or low-quality alternative. We're transparent about materials and don't use vague marketing language like "eco-friendly" without specifics.
Are your products vegan?
Most are. Beeswax Wraps contain beeswax and are not vegan — we note this clearly in the product listing. For a vegan alternative, our Silicone Food Bags do the same job.
Where do your products ship from?
Our products are sourced and shipped from suppliers in Asia. We're transparent about this and have selected suppliers based on product quality and durability.
Returns & Refunds
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days at hello@earthlyhabit.com.au with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Can I return something I don't like?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost for change-of-mind returns.
